Students duct-tape assistant principal to wall -- and get away with it
If you walked into a school and saw someone being duct-taped to the wall while a group of students cheered, you may have wondered how kids could be so cruel.
But it was philanthropy, not cruelty, that motivated students and faculty at PVRS to tape assistant principal and football coach Mr Duprey, 52, to the lobby wall Friday. The event marked the end of a three-week-long “Pennies for Patients” fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Seventh-grade students brought change in for the duration of the fundraiser, and got to be the first to tape Duprey to the wall.
